Shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after receiving your order. We will attempt to contact you by phone or mail if there is any delay. All Shipments are via Federal Express 2 day service. The charges will be shown as you fill out the order form. All orders must be signed for upon receipt. WARRANTY Products are under manufacturers' warranty and we make no express and/or implied warranties of any kind with respect to such products. RETURNS On most items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 20 days, subject to issuance of a Return Authorization # from us. Any product scratched or abused will NOT be accepted for return or credit. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and all accessories. To Return an item, first obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) # by sending us an email to info@telephoneheadsets.com with your name, item, order # and reason for return. To obtain by phone, call 800-843-5432. We will provide you with an RMA# and the return address. Mark the RMA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Pack the items into a shipping box with plenty of packing material to protect the product in transit. Tape securely. We recommend you send your package via a common carrier other than US mail service so that it is traceable in transit. Only prepaid shipments will be accepted.
